How does it work?

You can order our services by using the BARNETCUT app, available on iOS and Android. Merely add your postcode to find all the certified and experienced stylists and, delivering services in your area, choose your preferred stylist and service then place your order. Once the stylist receives your order, they’ll get ready to move if you ordered ASAP or you would be added to their timetable in your scheduled time.

What kind of services we listed on BARNETCUT?

We personally curate a high-quality stylists/barbers in your area. Services can range from our full set of choices and services in the Barnetcut App, including women hair services, men haircut, children, African hairstyle, massage and nail services and, Muslim women with Hijab services such as makeup, henna designs at home and much more.

Your safety expectation and trusting Stylists to enter your place?

You can do it in the garden or anywhere you like. All Stylists are background checked with the right to work IDs and reviewed before joining the Barnetcut team. We take safety and protection for customers (and for stylists) as a serious matter.

Is my place would be left with hair after the service?

Never! Customers’ place whether it’s a house, office or even a garden must be cleaned after every service!” Every Barnetcut Stylist 👩 has carries hair cutting cloak umbrella cape, drop cloth and disposable plastic bags on the floor so your space stays completely clean.

What times can I order for?

Our services is every day from morning until late at night, and different stylists will have different availability times. Visit the homepage or the app to see stylists are available near your place.

How is the service delivered to me?

Order ASAP service or Schedule on the app timetable by selecting the service you need in your place, instantly through the Barnetcut App. Select a stylist based on your location on the map and choose from the available stylists who you can see their profile, reviews, and whether they are experienced or certified, you also can see portraits of their past work. Then, confirm your order, relax and wait for the visit.

Why doesn't BARNETCUT accept cash?

We only take card payments because it lets us provide you with the best possible experience. It creates a safer working environment for stylists too.

How do I redeem a voucher code?

If you have a voucher code, you can redeem this in the app before you order. On the BARNETCUT app, go to your account and add the code into the ‘Enter a Promo Code’ field.

Can I place orders in advance?

Yes! You can schedule orders for up to a year in advance and choose any time your selected stylist available, it depends on the availability of the stylist.

Can I schedule my order in the stylist place?

Unfortunately, you cannot, we provide services only delivered at you own place.

What if I want to cancel my order?

There is a cancelation fees! Services cancelled within four hours of an appointment will acquire a 50% cancellation fee. This is essential in order to pay compensation for your booked stylist, who is on the move for the ASAP appointment or schedules their services for your booking.

Do I have to tip?

Whether you tip or not is completely up to you.
